Who is this for? This group is designed for people who the want focus, direction, and power that comes from a connected team spirit and the accountability that inspires. It’s designed to draw out from you what you already know and to inspire you to learn where you’ve got gaps. You will be supported to develop your own programme that’s based on your circumstances and goals.
Do I have to be at a certain level to join? You need to be able to join a simple and fun 20 minute workout class that we’ll do as a team. Apart from that, the programme is designed to take you from where you are now in a step by step fashion that works for your circumstances towards your own goals.
What am I committed to? You’ll join a half-day team session each month and then check in online with the team regularly as you do what you said you would do in your plan. You can choose to join for three months in advance or just month by month.
Who leads the session? It’s led by Tim Cook and Earl Cottrell. Tim is a passionate advocate for plant based health. Earl is a talented trainer who is skilled at helping you maximise your performance.
What if it’s not working for me? This is designed as an action plan that will help you make real and ongoing change in your life. If you’re getting stuck or your plan isn’t working for you we can review it together. You are also able to withdraw from the programme at any time.
How much is it? The whole programme is £99.95 per month or £249.95 for three months, which includes the monthly team session (goal setting, workout, discussion on important points, and food making) plus the ongoing accountability programme that sits at the heart of why this works.
It’s been said we are the average of the five people we spend most time with. The Transformation Action Academy will make sure that one of the regular and consistent voices in your life is reminding you of your goals and helping you become the greatest version of yourself.
When is it? The team session is monthly and there’s regular online check-in sessions during the month to make sure you’re on track. The first team session is planned for Sunday, 5 August, at the Plant Based House in Streatham Hill. It kicks off at 10:30am and will go through to about 2:30pm.
